Are you a problem-solving pro who loves making sure the right gear gets to the right place on time and hassle-free? At GoPhoto, we’re looking for a hands-on Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to own the entire flow of our hardware and consumables, from sourcing to delivery.
You’ll be the go-to for negotiating with vendors, managing shipments, and handling all the logistics paperwork. If you enjoy taking full ownership and solving logistical puzzles, this role is made for you.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Own the sourcing and buying of photo gear and essentials. From printers and scanners to cables and media.

• Build strong vendor partnerships, negotiate smart deals, and secure competitive pricing to keep us ahead.

• Keep purchasing smooth and organized by managing approvals, documentation, and tracking every order.

• Take charge of shipments worldwide, coordinating everything from our warehouse to client doorstep drop-ships.

• Monitor orders end-to-end, swiftly tackling delays, returns, and RMAs to keep operations running hassle-free.

• Work closely with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers to ensure seamless delivery.

• Handle all shipping paperwork like a pro, commercial invoices, labels, and customs docs included.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related roles, with solid know-how in the field.

• Comfortable sourcing technical hardware and managing complex shipping workflows with precision and independence.

• Strong communicator who keeps the team in the loop with clear, proactive updates and smooth collaboration.

• Proficient with tools like Exact (or similar ERP systems), Google Sheets, shipping platforms, and vendor portals.

• Experienced in international shipments, drop shipping, and hands-on hardware handling (a big plus).

• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1 or higher) to collaborate smoothly across our global team and partners.

• Team player who’s social and approachable, ready to join in on Friday drinks and team moments.
