And we're scaling fast. New clients, new features, new countries, new complexities. To keep our implementations running like clockwork, we're looking for someone who loves setting up systems one-time-right.
The Role
Because of you, our clients experience a smooth, well-organized onboarding process! As our Implementation Specialist, you're the person who makes sure every new client launches correctly by preparing and configuring customer accounts within the GoPhoto platform. You ensure that each customer environment is fully configured, operationally accurate, and launch-ready before going live. You will work on platform setup, payment integrations, license management, feature configuration, and implementation of quality checks.
This is a role for someone who is tech-savvy, highly detail-oriented, and gets satisfaction from seeing a clean, well-configured setup. You don't need to be a developer. But you do need to be comfortable working with software systems, integrations, and operational processes and spotting issues before they become problems.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer onboarding and therefore you are part of our Operations team, which consists of 7 colleagues, and report to the Head of Operations. You’ll work closely with customer success, product, support, and sales during the implementation and occasionally gather input directly from clients as well.
The Responsibilities
Configure and launch customer environments within the GoPhoto platform so clients go live on time and without issues
Set up and validate Adyen payment integrations correctly before launch
Configure software licenses, feature access, permissions, and admin settings, completed with minimal errors
Support implementation of integrated software and hardware environments
Run implementation quality assurance checks before customer launch
Troubleshoot onboarding and configuration issues
Maintain accurate setup documentation and internal procedures
Identify opportunities to improve our onboarding workflows, scalability, and operational efficiency and support process automation and standardization initiatives as the company scales
Support the rollout of new platform features; ensuring existing client environments are updated correctly and on time.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in a similar role; preferably within a Saas company.
MBO or HBO background; preferably in IT, Business IT, or a related field
Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
Strong attention to detail; you notice what others miss
Operational accuracy; comfortable working with software platforms, systems, and technical processes
Structured and organized: you can manage multiple implementations at once without dropping the ball
A problem-solving mindset; you flag issues early and solve them before they escalate
Experience working at or with a software company is a real plus
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment
