About the Role:
As the Head of Operations, you will lead the charge in optimizing GoPhoto’s day-to-day operations and taking our customer experience to the next level. Overseeing a talented team across finance, account management, HR, logistics, and office management, you’ll be responsible for building a seamless and scalable operational structure. Your focus will be on enhancing our service delivery, supporting client installations, and driving our ambitious growth goal of reaching 500 clients worldwide within the next five years.

What You Will Do:
Client Operations & Management: Oversee the entire client base across multiple countries, ensuring an outstanding level of service and smooth execution of projects.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including an Account Manager, Installation Manager, HR Manager, Warehouse Logistics Manager, and Office Manager. Provide direction, foster collaboration, and cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment.
Process Optimization & KPI Tracking: Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency. Establish KPIs for team performance, revenue tracking, and client satisfaction.
Project Management: Coordinate client installations, product updates, and process improvements, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet timelines and maintain high-quality standards.
Scaling Operations: Support the team’s growth as we work towards our ambitious goal of expanding from 60 clients to 500 in the coming years.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership to drive key initiatives that support our broader goals and enhance our company’s service offering.
Job requirements
Who You Are:
Experience: 3-5 years in a Head of Operations or similar role, ideally within a B2B environment where hardware meets software. Experience in product companies, service providers, or event management would be advantageous.
Knowledgeable: Familiar with ERP systems, project management tools, and Google Suite. Knowledge of warehouse and logistics management is essential.
Client-Oriented: Strong account management skills, with a knack for balancing client needs with business goals.
Multitasker & Problem-Solver: Ability to handle a high volume of small, varied tasks, maintaining oversight across the team’s activities.
People Leader: A natural mentor with strong communication skills, ready to inspire and empower your team while keeping them motivated.
