Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, while ensuring compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Manage tax compliance and filings, including VAT and corporate tax, and conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance financial efficiency, and monitor cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity.

• Collaborate with banks, investors, and suppliers to support smooth financial operations, and coordinate with external auditors by preparing relevant documentation for audits.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Financial Controller or Finance Officer role, ideally within small to medium-sized, international, scale-up environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Strong expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency with financial software and tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
